The 90s series sucked. It did have some good episodes but most of them sucked.
The Spectacular Spider-Man is the best media adaption of Spider-Man ever! Period.
Back on topic, I do wish that I could get this season set but considering that I don't live in the U.S, it's pretty hard for me to get it. Hopefully, a swedish site that had the volumes would import the season set so I could easily buy it from there.
Hey, Spider-man 2 was great.I loved the 90's Spider-Man.
But after this series has went on, to me this is hands down the best Spider-Man adaption yet. And I was VERY surprised knowing Sony was behind it and knowing they were behind three of the worse Spider-Man adaptions yet and maybe even three more.
Hey, Spider-man 2 was great.

So do I! Hell, I wish the whole series was released on DVD, but when this show came out, I realized that this show is just better. TSSM is, without a doubt, the best cartoon adaption ever, if you ask me.
I agree. The only thing that I really ever despised about the '90s cartoon series was the animation-style. I found that it was just absolutely terrible viewing heavy action sequences in the show because they would always have to have those complicated animations. Surely, the show may look good in a screencap-form. However, in motion, it was pretty disorienting. While 'The Spectacular Spider-Man', not only looks great in screencap-form but, looks great in motion. Although I say that 'Spectacular Spider-Man' is better than the '90s series, I will say that the '90s series would be a little closer towards 'The Spectacular Spider-Man' if only it's animation was easier to view. But still, they're both great.Well, lets not go that far...
Oh, just wait 'till you've seen S2 . . . You haven't seen anything yet.
