I've noticed some people have expressed concern saying "Well it looks good but let's see how it moves" and "I hope it doesn't move like Robocop."
The thing is, it shouldn't move like a normal person either, that wouldn't make sense.
The suit should be somewhat restrictive because it is a suit of armor.
I think it should be a nice balance between sharp robotic movement and normal human movement.
I agree with you here... Robocop's movements were perfect for that movie and that character, but are way too clunky for what Iron Man needs to be.... a high-tech war machine. Having said that, Downey and the team will need to come up with a unique style of movement for IM that the suit will allow. To sell this film, the audience needs to be able to 'feel' what's it like to be in that suit.
From what I've seen and heard, it looks like they're going to pull it off. In the span of a year, I've gone from complete skeptic to super excited.... I can't give a bigger endorsement than that.
