That to me ranks pretty damn closely with the Spiderman costume for the most faithful version of a comic book costume.
Very impressive.

t: But how dare you post that of my beloved Spidey
lol

That's the best comic book movie suit since Spider-Man. Heck,it may even be on par with Spider-Man's![]()
it is a robocop suit. of course it is easier to do than a superman suit. Finally, a suit that's faithful to the comics. I mean, that's not even a great shot of the suit and people are freaking out about it because it's actually close to the original source...now how hard is that for other comicbook movies to do?
I was thinking mark II would be a pre painted mark III(not war machine). I originally thought it could be war machine but I read on another thread war machine is more advanced so it wouldn't make sense
I can't wait to buy the toys![]()

We've seen the Mark I, and now the Mark III. Is there a Mark II?

So much for the myth that most comic book costumes cant be done faithfully on film...
this entire movie merely proves that its been crappy studios like fox holding back marvel properties from being truly good movies faithful to the source material...
i'm so sick of hearing people say that about this costume, and it's only been a day or two. is this a spot-on adaptation? more or less, sure. does that mean that wolverine's yellow spandex would work on screen? no.
but just because we're getting an awesome (from the looks so far) iron-man movie doesn't mean that fox (or whoever) screwed up with their movies, it just means that iron-man comics are better suited for adaptaion than things like elektra.
