Is he the strongest member of the Marvel Universe (616, Ultimate or otherwise)?

I know he could (and has) beat Colossus, but what about Hulk and Thor?

I think hulk might take him down it would be a very good fight and thor wil just own him

Hulk as beaten him before.

Thor always had to teleport the Juggernaut away or find some other way to leave him stranded in space.

The Hulk is usually as strong or stronger than the Juggernaut depending on how angry he gets, but it is the Juggernauts very nature to be unbeatable so that fight doesn't really go anywhere.

The Juggernaut doesn't get stopped, he only gets slowed down.

Until Chuck Austen decided to turn him into a severely depowered good guy who can get killed by a big propane tank explosion. Good thing Angel was there with his healing blood (another thing that Chuck needs to get slapped for) to save him.

People always say that Thor could own anyone in a fight just because he's a "god", but I don't buy it.

Correction when Hulk was Death he stopped Jug's.

I didn't read that before posting.

That's hilarious, just last night I was reading a few issues of Thor that said otherwise.

Thor needed the help of the New Warriors to slow Juggie down long enough to teleport him out into space.

Which was a big mistake on the thunder gods part, because Cain made his way to a civilised planet and took over. Where they fought again, Thor did a little bit better this time, using his magic hammer to disenchant Cains invulnerability for a minute. After that Juggs was back to whoopin ass until Thor caught his wrist using his mighty hammer and flung the unstoppable one back into space.

A couple of Juggernauts greatest hits for you.

With the use of magic, Juggernaut got stripped down to a crimson skeleton and was still alive and functioning even before it healed.

He was stabbed in the eye by Shatterstar with no ill effects except for getting pissed off.

The only things that have actually stopped the Juggernaut are psychics and that one time Nimrod was able to knock him out using some sort of sonic device.

He grabbed him by the ankle and threw him. He hardly stopped the Juggernaut.

Though Hulk with Celestial armor can easily overpower Juggernaut, actually harming him is next to impossible.

WAITAMINUTE!

If Juggernaut's powers come from magic, it means he could BEAT SUPERMAN!!!

yeah, in theory, juggernaut could give superman a run for his money. granted his "magic" powers. and i think that in a good fight juggs would win. unless superman did a punk move and just grabs him and chucks him on to the moon. but that would be to easy and if you think of it, he could do that to anyone if he wanted too.

The only problem Thor's ever had against the Juggernaut is the fact that the Juggernaut's literally invincible when he's at his full, classic power level. Thor got around that particular problem by using Mjolnir to absorb the energy tying Jugs to Cyttorak once, however. Thor looked like he was beating Jugs once Jugs was no longer invincible, but he had to recall Mjolnir to his hand before his sixty seconds was up, so he just teleported Jugs away again. Theoretically, if Thor didn't have the sixty-second time limit, he'd easily beat the Juggernaut with that trick. Of course, most fights probably wouldn't go like that, just like most Silver Surfer/Hulk fights wouldn't involve the Surfer simply draining the Hulk's gamma energy because, although it's the most intelligent and expedient way for the fight to end, it's not that exciting.

The Hulk, on the other hand, would probably lose to the Juggernaut more often than not. He can't absorb magic energy like Thor, so he'd have to rely on just getting really, really, really pissed, to the point that his physical strength illogically starts breaking the rules of physics again. He'd probably be able to hurt the Juggernaut despite Jugs' magic invincibility then.

Juggs magic has nothing to do with physics (hence why even he has punched through dimensions) so even then I doubt it

I think the very nature of Juggernaut's powers make it impossible for him to be stopped by Superman. However, Superman, if he has BRAINS is too fast for Jug to hit. So neither wins.

Unless SUperman flies in, attacks him, and is stunned by the fact nothing happened, and then gets backhanded into the ground and stepped on. Juggernaut would need a surprise factor to stop Superman, Superman would need a miracle, or someone with magic or telepathy, to stop Juggernaut.

That's an impressive picture but he's got to turn his whole torso just to see anywhere but straight ahead. Unless there's a seam under the helmet that we can't see. :venom:

Nah he's soo badass that he doesn't need to turn around, just keep moving forward;)

Pretty much what corpy said.

Question do we think juggs is capable of getting hulk that angry? I ask this because it is quite possible to knock out the hulk, will he have enough time to get angry enough that whomevers writing him turns silly?

one thing about hulk, he seems to get more pissed when he has some serious compition.. im talking before banner had more of an influence on how he thinks as of late. if he was truely the savage beast like before. i think in a long drawn out fight, hulk would beat juggernaut, unless juggernaut out thinked him.

heres a question, did you like juggernaut better when he was a villian, or an x-man? i think both have there pros and cons.

that dont you know who i am needs to be put into comicbook continuity and that black guy has to get paid for it

That 'black guy' shouldn't get payed for anything, it's compliment enough it was put in the film. Especially considering the fact that he pretty much just swapped "Rick James" with "Juggernaut". Wasn't even that funny, and too cheap for the movie imho.

Question though, has Hulk encountered Juggernaut since he turned good? because I can imagine Hulk going after Xavier once he returns to earth, and if he saw Juggs at the mansion well that'd only fuel the fire more.

Hmm. I honestly don't think Hulk would have the time to get angry before he's knocked out. Superman SHOULD be able to be taken out by both Thor and Juggernaut (Hulk would fail for the same reasons he'd fail against Juggernaut. No time to get angrier.) I mean the guy has trouble with Mongul for christ's sake and I'm positive if Juggernaut was put on war world he'd own everybody.

Congratulations on finding the worst Juggernaut pic ever.
