The official social media account for Cinépolis El Salvador, a movie theater chain, shared the same teaser trailer that was featured in the most recent Nintendo Direct. That’s not the interesting part though, as the post came with some very intriguing text as well. The text posted alongside the teaser is as follows:

“New threats, old rivalries, and a battle that reaches the stars. Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi join forces against Wario and Bowser Jr.”

I'm sure it'll be a big name, like the rest of the characters, but why not just get Laura Faye Smith- Rosalina's game voice? She's still voicing Rosalina to this day! If the Sonic films can bring Colleen O'Shaughnessey to reprise her role as Tails, why not bring in a game voice actor to do the same for Rosalina?

Admittedly, Rosalina didn't have that much spoken dialogue in the Galaxy games (I remember her saying "Go, Mario!"), but it's just my hope is all.

Same, they really shouldn't have been in the first one at all, they've got decades of incredible music to pull from, they don't need to also shove in the usual overused 80s hits we've heard a thousand times in movies. DKC music getting swapped out for f***ing Take On Me was so damned stupid.

Absolutely, they've got a playbook that involves popular music and rarely hiring actual voice actors and they stick to it like glue.
