I hate the fact that the emblem has been reduced down to the 'El' family crest and it just HAPPENS to look like an 'S' in a flat-top diamond shape.

I think it's really stupid.

It's more inspirational that it came about as a result of Lois's article and Jonathan remembering the hero's of the golden age.
