She's been the same one trick pony since Season 1. Very little character growth. In fact, the only difference we've seen in her was in Future Claire, because she wasn't constantly running the "Dad's up to something and we have to figure it out" Waaaaambulance.

I agree. If they figure out where they really want to take Claire and actually develop her she could return to her former likeable glory. Instead of just the angry teen. They need to give her a best friend again, hook her up with some martial art classes, take away her annoying attitude and it would be all good.

I thought she can be killed with a bullet (or a shotgun) to the head even with her powers intact, at least Adam had that weakness and she has the same regenerative power as him.

Well, offing Claire would certainly free up HRG's character a little and allow him new storylines. Plus, think of his immediate side story of trying to get back at whoever it was that killed Claire.

So true. The angst is getting to be too much of the same old thing. I initially thought her power was one of the most interesting ones...but as a character she's failed to live up to my expectations. True, she has more of a defensive rather than offensive power, but if she learns to fight, then she can be so much better. Look at HRG--just human, yet he can still kick ***. She needs to be smart and use her powers in creative ways.

I can't grasp someone who can't seem to use a healing factor to be a bada$$ like most other characters that have that power, instead of being a constant whining victim of circumstance complaining about wanting to help, but just keeps getting caught.

She gets way too much screen time now and very little character growth, and frankly...I'm not interested in seeing where her character will go from now on.

Claire's become like Lisa Simpson. Originally they just had a very simple and enjoyable point, but now that the creators have tried to give them new points that are just ******ed to the point that you want them to die and enjoy watching it.

claire was cool for one episode in the first season when her unpopular friend made her see that her having that power was a good thing and her life was good..so they should either bring her friend back or kill her because she complains way to much.

I was a fan of Claire in the first season when they put here in different, interesting situations, testing her powers, etc. I think the writers need to bring that back, although it might not be the wisest for her to be jumping in front of trains or off construction sites, seeing as they're "fugitives" now.

I think she could be one of the more compelling characters on the show--indestructible, but no offensive power--so she has to really get creative and see how she plays a part in this whole scheme. They can still save her character, but they need to write her in a different direction.
