Louis Armstrong is often referred to as the Ambassador of Jazz. I feel the same can be said of B.B. King and the blues. Blues' greatest personality and performer, but like Armstrong a representative of human achievement as well. It was impossible not to feel better after hearing and or seeing BB perform.

More than anyone else in history, BB showed us that having the blues didn't always have to be about the darker side of life….it could be about joy, about sharing, and about being thankful. He leaves us with an unrivaled legacy, and like humanity's greatest artists, his contributions will last forever.
