But really...

I keep thinking about Bruce climbing out of the prison. That is definitely the moment I'm most looking forward to. How I see it, and how it will be will probably be different. But someone has mentioned it before, Bruce falls on his attempt to climb out...and we get a nice Begins flashback... Bruce falls again...and we get a nice TDK flashback... cue the 'fire' inside Bruce 'rising'...some bad ass music...and the final climb to the top.

:word:

I'm looking forward to the alleged backstory on Talia--being thrown in the pit and emerging. Her relationship with Broos and Bane's backstory are tops for me.

My top three most anticipated scenes that we know of now are:

1). Bane vs Batman sewer fight: This seems to be one of the most epic scenes of the entire film. The fact that Catwoman there is what makes it really special for me. I love that all three characters are in one scene together. I love that the three biggest players have such an awesome scene together. It's not just Bane and Batman there, and it's not just Catwoman and Bane there. It's all three of them there. That's awesome! The fight is going to be so cool.

2). Bruce climbing out of the prison. This scene will have a lot of emotional resonance I bet, and it will probably be really inspirational. The entire prison sequence seems really cool and big.

3). Bruce visiting Gordon in the hospital. I love it when Bruce and Gordon have scenes together. They are very different from the Batman and Gordon encounters. This looks like another very emotional one, and I think it will delve heavy into the relationship between the two. Even though Bruce is wearing a mask, I think he'll be more in "Bruce mode" here, then "Batman mode".

I'm so excited for the last half hour of this movie.

Batman's Rocky moment

I hope every single scene is gold and rewatchable. That's my dream.

I'm hoping I see myself in the film as I was right behind the goal post at the Heinz Field shoot

What am I most looking forward to? July 20th. :oldrazz:

But probably the scene of Bruce becoming Batman again and putting the suit back on after recovering from whatever it is that has happened to him in the film.

I really hope that we get a returning Batman who really saves everyone and is without a doubt the hero he is in the comics. I don't want any sort of "Maybe he is to blame for the bad that happened to Gotham" bull****. That would ruin the mythos.
I mean, yeah, he attracts crazies in the comics too, but there is never any doubt that the world would be much worse without him in it. I want that in the movies as well!

1. Batman whooping Bane's ass: The City Hall fight looks like it will be glorious, add in all the crap that Bruce might go through, and this scene becomes the one I want to see the most. Not only that, at times the SHH! board seems like it'd be happy watching Bane destroy Batman, so the idea of Batman kicking the crap out of Bane has become very exciting for me.

2. Hermit Bruce: Nolan's comments on Bale's "Frozen in time" performance has me intrigued. Bearded Bruce looks pissed off, and I can't wait to see him walking around with a cane and firing arrows at attractive maids.

3. The Bruce/Gordon Hospital scene: That scene made the teaser, obviously. I can't wait to see that exchange between Gordon and Bruce.

4. Alfred, Fox, the Mayor, Scarecrow: And anyone who was in previous films. I want to see how the events of TDK effected the regular players. We haven't even seen Fox say anything so far in the trailers/previews.

5. Miranda Tate: At this point, I'm almost more excited to see her than Catwoman. Yes I know her screentimes going to be like 5 minutes, but I don't really care.

I'm loving all that were mentioned. I agree with all of them.

I'm mostly looking forward to everything that will happen to Bruce post Bane defeat starting with the imprisonment, his retraining, escape and all the way to him beating the **** out of Bane and reclaiming Gotham.

In terms of interactions, I'm most excited for the Gordon/Batman, BatCat, Tatelia/Bruce scenes.

I don't know why but this made me laugh. It's almost sig worthy. :funny:

I'm looking forward to Selina chewing on that apple and stepping on fallen foes and possibly Bane with her long, serrated heels.

Catwoman in action, Catwoman breathing actually
A nice Bat/Cat rooftop iconic scene
Marion's Tatelia performance
Bane being pretty badass and cruel
At least one or two funny momments
An epic final scene

1. The fact that basically every actor & actress I love is in this movie.

2. Anne Hathaway in skin-tight leather.

3. Every second of this movie. I honestly can't pick a solitary moment.

1. Bruce Climbing out of the well seems like it could be the turning point in the movie, for Bruce at least and could be ... epic

2. Seeing The Bat period, and seeing how it works and soudns and what it does etc...

3. How it will end...

Batman!
Bruce Wayne!
Miranda/Talia and little Talia!
Ra's and young Ra's!
Blake!
Bane!
The music!
The ending!
Alfred, Gordon, and Fox!

This!

I'll add to number three - I also can't wait to see that scene with Gordon lighting the flares and Batman emerging from the smoke.

Anne Hathaway's performance as Catwoman!
 Every scene.

But really, it does seem like the whole movie is going to be a highlight reel. The story seems really strong. Low lows and high highs that make things really satisfying. I have to say, like everybody else I'm looking forward to Bruce retraining and climbing out of the pit, getting determined and taking Gotham back from Bane's grasp.

From the last two tv spots, it seems like everything is coming together, I was glad for the humor.

But specifics...

Bat/Cat rooftop scene
Bruce being slightly wacked during his "retirement" days
Bat/Gordon scenes (and any potential Bruce/Gordon scenes; that playboy Bruce and Gordon scene in TDK always makes me smile)
Bruce/Selina scenes
Bruce/Tatelia scenes (the Bat+Cat belong together, but I got room for a little Bruce+Talia and connections to good old Razzy are good)
Batman rising
Catwoman stealing (anything)

The sewer fight, and with Catwoman having to watch it.

I can't wait for the score by Zimmer, there are going to be so many epic moments in this film, Zimmer will have his work cut out for him. Unlike the Dark Knight which had a lot of gloomy and dark themes, I'm expecting the score in Rises to finally have some genuine heroic sounding music in Batman's finest/final hour.

I hope every single scene is gold and rewatchable. That's my dream.

This. As well as anything involving Selina Kyle/Catwoman. I was so excited that Nolan chose to reimagine Catwoman in this installment and I'd love to see some contrast between this Catwoman and Pfeiffer's Catwoman (only because I loved Pfeiffer's Catwoman so much, I'd really love to see something different but also accurate to the comic book character). Also Batman and Catwoman as allies, as well as at least one Bat/Cat smooch. :fhm:
