The Worst Moment In Comic Book History

I'm gonna say this once so that the english language can be done with it.

Marvel Apes.

OK. Now from now on, those words don't get paired up anymore, kay?
EDIT: Unless used in the context of this guy:

Hahaha! Joey The Hutt!

Heh, he looks alot older now. That's what you get for ordering for eating out all the time in New York.

Yeah, but if you've ever read Brian M. Bendis' Alias you'll know that he kind of redeems the character with a really great story called "The Underneath" in which Jessica investigates her disappearance and discovers something unexpected...
That's the story i always think of when somebody brings up Mattie Franklin...

How is this possible? I can't imagine how the character could be fixed unless it was a complete do-over (none of the past history/origin/stories).

Worst Moments:

The Deaths of Jack Kirby and Bob Kane.

When Bucky was brought back. He shouldn't even be alive, let alone playing Cap.

HIs resurrection was a bad move. For decades, Marvel had a mandate of "only Bucky stays dead." They might as well bring back Gwen & Mar-Vell.

I'm already an ex-Spider-fan, so bringing Ben back wouldn't bother me. I've got my old Spidey comics and as far as I'm concerned that's good enough for me.
