It isn't Orton and Cena's fault and I feel bad for them but when the WWE continuously screws it up... and they HAVE screwed it up, all through the summer through to now, the crowd keeps TELLING the WWE what they want and the WWE keeps crapping on Bryan.

It falls into the former when the crowd is being fed something they don't want to see. No one cared about Cena/Orton at TLC, and no one cared when the rematch was announced either. They both received tepid reactions. If the crowd loves what's going on, they'll give the match their attention as they did Bray/Bryan, or how they do Cena/Punk.
