Kind of like when he'd lift sheamus off the ground but it would take a very long time for him to do it and he wouldn't get him that high but the announcers would sell it like its the greatest thing ever, yet Brock could do it easily and better looking. I do wish his power moves were better, and i actually like the superman punch, but it comes off really stupid when he hits Brock with it and Brock sells it like Luke Cage being shotgunned in the face.

Well to be fair, we know for a fact that Brock has a weak chin.

Reigns needs to be focused on being a Brawler that utilizes is athleticism. He has all the tools to be great, but the WWE machine is screwing him up.

Ladies and gentlemen, my name...is ‪Paul Heyman‬! Fighting out of this corner, weighing in at 286 lbs. from the University of Minnesota, the next reigning...defending...undisputed ‪‎WWE‬ Heavyweight Champion of the world: Brock...LESNAR!!!

They were trying to push him as a "powerhouse" in the same way they tried to do with HHH a few times over the years. They'd have Reigns do a few minor feats of strength here and there but have the announce team play it up as some impossible feat they'd never seen before.
Well it's what they're doing with Braun now, and you know it's most likely to give him some cred to book a feud with Lesnar or Taker. Not to mention, Kane and Big Show should be hanging it up in the next couple of years, and if Triple H is being allowed to have some influence, you know he's trying to help build a monster for the next few years. Other than those three, the biggest guy they have is Mark Henry, but he's much shorter and more aged.

As far as Brock is concerned, I don't know if they have purposely booked him like this, but I've noticed that he tends to get beat up more when he's in a match longer, and I thought they should have played that up some more. Like realistically, Reigns shouldn't be able to beat Lesnar today, but it would make much more sense if Reigns was built up like Rocky, where he could take a beating and eventually outlast an opponent like Brock, who just become so tired out after 20 mins that he's more weakened.

But yeah, I've seen Reigns fail to lift a punch of guys like that, and maybe it's because he's doing it one handed, but it's a real big difference when you see someone like Cena catch a guy of the top rope, fall and get bad up and reverse it into an AA. I don't know if Reigns just doesn't have that kind of physical strength, he does need some more power moves.

So AJ Styles first WWE feud is against Chris Jericho......

I guess in the eyes of the Indy fans who hate WWE, that's considered a burial.

:whatever:

It will be the best match on the card so of course, it will be the first one, lol.

Why the heck is there a PPV sandwiched between Royal Rumble and WrestleMania?

Yeah, but he's facing Jericho....not Fandango but Jericho. He's going up against a future WWE Hall of Famer.

BTW, is Fandango still running the movie website that bears his name?

:o

The Global Cruiserweight Series should be booked as this:

- If the winner is an NXT guy like Rich Swann or Sami Zayn, not only does he get a nice trophy, he ought to get a future NXT Championship match. If it's Finn Balor, well, then maybe he gets a shot at either the IC or US Championships.
- If the winner is not under contract, he gets a trophy and a WWE contract.

I finally caved and subscribed to the network. I was planning on skipping this PPV, but the Main Event alone is something I'm really interested in seeing play out live.

The whole card seems pretty predictable but I'm hoping they swerve us a few times.

So basically Rene is going to a Stevie Nicks concert after the show?

Yeah I was just talking to someone about this, Charlotte/Brie and the main event are probably the only unpredictable matches. Everything else seems to be a shoe in.

I wouldn't be shocked if they gave the belt to Brie for a month as a send off. She could drop it to Sasha at WM in a Fatal 4 Way with Charlotte and Becky, then transition Sasha into a program with Charlotte.

^ Just the kick off portion unfortunately.

Heyman with the Harlem Heat mention! Lawler and Graves are going with Brock...LESNAR!!!

Nice to see Ultimo Dragon back in the 'E.
