Holy crow.....

I just was reading some of the stuff over at Squared Circle that's been going on today regarding Bill DeMott, he is getting massacred on Twitter today. Bob Holly, Ricardo Rodriguez and Ivelisse Vélez who was formerly known in NXT as Sofia Cortez have all took to Twitter to confirm stuff now that DeMott is gone. Velez is claiming that she is the first person to go over DeMott's head to complain and she lost her job over it.

An anonymous poster on Reddit claiming to be a former developmental wrestler has come forward and not just accused DeMott but also Matt Wichlinkski, the current Strength and Conditioning coach for NXT. They posted several pics from Imgur showing pics Wichlinkski took with his cell phone of the backsides of female wrestlers while they were in the ring. The Mods of the subreddit have verified the poster as legit but agreed to keep it anonymous.

Another crazy day in WWE land. They are having quite the past 12 or so months aren't they? They've had to put out fires left and right for the past year now.

Bill DeMott has resigned as a trainer for NXT

Yet another example of all the behind the scenes BS being far more intriguing than the actual product on-screen.

All the other wrestling websites are going to focus on the PR aspects of the resignation, but I think it’s probably a good thing for the talent development aspects as well. Under DeMott, there’s been little noticeable progress in the ring skills of homegrown talent and very few are making any impact on the TV product.

Pretty much everyone on NXT TV spent time on the independent circuit (not necessarily high-level indies, but prior work experience at least). Charlotte & Baron Corbin are the only two who are completely products of the Performance Center.

Proof that I would never last as a Strength Coach at WWE :o :

He knew he was going to get future endeavored so he quit.

Shame Jericho defended this bully, he lost respect from a lot of fans including me.

Same here. Poor decision on Jericho's part.

Sasha is my favourite by far. Her music, her look, her selling, her wrestling. Plus her swagger rivals Nakamura :p

And sadly when she gets to the main roster, she'll be treated like every other black person in the WWE.....like crap.

In which he will probably be replaced by a certain "Ass Man"

I don't understand why Dean Malenko isn't down there training people. He'd probably be more useful as a trainer than a road agent.

Regarding the letter that came out from former WWE developmental talent Judas Devlin to company officials with allegations against NXT trainer Bill DeMott, word is that the company expected it to leak online.

DeMott reportedly has the support of Vince McMahon but Triple H feels the former Hugh Morrus is a liability due to the many issues over the years. Triple H reportedly has wanted to reassign DeMott since he took over developmental but as noted, DeMott has Vince’s support.

However, word now is that Vince is starting to accept DeMott as a liability and is leaving it up to Triple H to deal with. There’s no word yet on what Triple H’s decision will be but he’s under a lot of pressure to remove DeMott from his role as head coach. WWE’s statement this past week, which was in a way supporting DeMott, could be a sign that they have no plans on reassigning him but as the “fire gets hotter” there could be action taken.

The above was reported before the below:

Bill Demott announced the following on his Twitter account:

“I deny the recent allegations made about me, however, to avoid any embarrassment or damage to the WWE, I’ve decided to step down from my role effective immediately.”

This is all the end result of the recent letters publicly leaked regarding allegations of bullying and racism by DeMott in his role as a WWE Coach and Trainer.

PWInsider is reporting that DeMott has “resigned completely” from the company.

After Bill DeMott stepped down as head trainer at NXT earlier today, former NXT creative assistant Rob Naylor appeared on Wrestling Observer Radio to talk about Bill DeMott during his time with NXT.

As far as the injury accusations went, Naylor said that there was a point when it got completely out of control. He was responsible for the injury report each Monday and had a first hand account. Naylor then said eventually this dissipated.

Naylor confirmed the story where former talent said that DeMott mocked the death of Davey Boy Smith, saying that it was said in front of 20-25 people. Naylor said that he personally had spoken out about certain things. Naylor also said that like many others, he was released within a month of letting his voice be heard. However, he did say that Triple H addressed the situation at least once.

“Triple H wanted me to find him a room, and he didn’t look happy,” Naylor said. Naylor mentioned that finding an empty room on a class day was hard, so he found an empty closet for Triple H to address DeMott in. Naylor said he was never personally asked about the letters or accusations, despite him always being in the building.

Naylor also said that while he didn’t hear the racial slurs in which are being reported, the people he remains in contact with were surprised DeMott hadn’t been replaced.

PWInsider is reporting that Matt Bloom aka Jason Albert, formerly Tensai, has been named the interim Head Trainer and will take over DeMott’s duties at the Performance Center and WWE developmental. It is not known as of this writing if he will hold the position permanently.

The change to Bloom was announced by email from Mark Carano of WWE Talent Relations to the developmental roster shortly after DeMott issued his resignation.

Jason Albert would be better than DeMott and probably less of a *****ebag. His promotion could also benefit Itami

Hell before he got into wrestling he taught special needs kids. There's no doubt he's a better human being than DeMott.

Looks like Demott just got demoted to an office job. Jesus, what does it take for WWE to fire someone who legitimately deserves it?

I loved Smackdown this week. It revolved around the IC title and the divas got a good chunk of time; Plus a ton of my favorite guys were on the show. No Triple H/Sting or Wyatt/Undertaker to bring me down either.

I like Matt Bloom so it's kind of cool to see him get this position.
