Wow. AJ Lee just ripped into Steph on twitter.

Yep. Steph tweeted about Patricia Arquette's Oscar speech about women's equality. Then AJ pointed out the hypocrisy in WWE.

Somebody relevant had to say it. This may mean she's not coming back though.

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Diva AJ Lee as of today. WWE wishes AJ the best in all of her future endeavors.

:oldrazz:

I don't know about that. Sounds like a PR nightmare.

so, from the sound of it, RAW wasn't worth watching last night?

I knew AJ's days were numbered in the WWE when CM Punk left. Good for her to stand up for what she believes in.

It was good if you fast forwarded the matches. Better to do that anyway (save them for the PPV) so you don't get burnt out on the product.

I almost hope for AJ to get fired tomorrow simply to witness the media firestorm that will ensue. It would be front page news on almost every media outlet.

Stephanie is arguably the top heel on the roster, she showed at Summerslam that she's still willing to get in the ring. AJ is by far the most over Diva in years and didn't Renee push the Diva tweet that trended last night?

I smell an angle for a big Mania match with AJ fighting for the Divas to get their equality like they do down in NXT.

AJ doesn't have to care anymore.

I'm guessing Brock's issue is a money dispute. The comment about lower pay if he signs a new contract is probably the truth. He might not mind working with Reigns, though he probably would've preferred Bryan. He would've had the best ring general in the company leading him through, letting him take the night off. Now, he's got to practice and rehearse the match at least 15 to 20 times.

No the #givedivasachance hashtag came from the fans. I really don't think WWE wants a story line about unequal pay in their company. It might turn into something, but this didn't start as a work.

Well with anything online it is hard to determine where it came from in fairness unless you are capable and willing to spend the time backtracking it's origin, but I was meaning that Arquette's speech and the trending last night might have simply birthed this idea today, and when I mentioned Renee I was just meaning she re-tweeted it didn't she? She doesn't really seem the rebellious type, more of a professional company woman.

I could be wrong and AJ may just be following in her husbands footsteps out of the door, but Arquette's speech seemed to be the hot topic coming out of the Oscars and I am sure would have been something that resonated with Steph who is closer to the pulse than her dad.

This is another good point, I know last year there were some doubts over how his match with Taker would go as Brock wasn't keen on spending his days going down to Taker's ranch to prep the match like his previous opponents had, I imagine he'd be even less inclined to do it for a guy he probably has no respect for and for a match that will likely be his last.

He also has to deal with the nightmare of a hostile crowd again except this time, in the main event. They fu**ed him by pairing him up with Reigns for the title. Big time.
