It was definitely a fan Tag Match, but I'm still confused about why The Shield lost. Didn't hurt, just don't get the point of it. The Bryan/Orton/Kane victory I get because of storyline purposes.

Give the idea that the Shield's titles are vulnerable to these challengers. Since the Usos already have a tag match coming up for the gold and I'm sure a Christian/Ambrose program is around the corner.

Glad I'm not the only one who saw potential in that big dude. Moved pretty well and hand some good, solid moves. Impressive for someone in the biz for only 2 years.

I just hope TNA don't do what they've done with recent Gut Check contests and pick the clearly inferior contestant for some unknown reason.

With Roode, he can lose and not lose any momentum, I feel. He's been there a long time, and having Magnus go over clean was the right decision there. The BFG Series is a long one, I expect they could use this in the future to eventually beat these 2 on the way to winning it all over again. Lot of potential stories to come out of this.

I agree that Roode can take the losses but it just seems an odd way to book one of your genuine main eventers. I suppose it could be part of a storyline for Roode in the BFG series where he has to make a late run in the tournament after a losing streak.. Magnus has some potential but I feel he could do with more experience before knocking off a top guy.

Exactly, The Shield are so strong that the faces need some momentum to seem like a threat to the respective titles. I think Christian is an ideal feud for Ambrose going into Summerslam.

I don't think it was live, which makes it worse. If it was pre-taped, then they had plenty of time to think about it and realize how stupid, asinine and offensive it was. If she wasn't Vince's daughter, she'd never work in broadcasting ever again.
