Did anyone see the awesome Punk/Brock video package on Main Event last night?

I saw it tonight, phenomenal hype package, I loved the way it built up from the stuff from Punk's DVD set which was shoot, to the full on angle, to the shots from Monday of Heyman and Axel helping Brock from the ring.

Somehow, I think had Darren Young been an NFL player and he came out, I think there would be less acceptance from the other NFL players.

But the WWE has thrown their support towards him and he's gotten positive tweets from the entire WWE. I don't know if that happens in the NFL. It's already happened in the UFC.

Haha! Well it wasn't working and they were hinting at it in a couple of his recent matches, but I think a little bit more of a gradual build to the return to his original character would have been better but everything is rushed these days in wrestling.

That makes no sense at all but seeing her as a sl**ty biker chick is worth it.

So....what was the point of Sabin winning again? OH WAIT. This is TNA. There is no point.

The point was mainly to keep the "Option C" idea alive as if he'd failed it would have killed it straight away, like if the first MITB cash-in attempt had failed.

Surprised at the first...not at the second. The first is definitely rushed, but Angle put them into a situation where they probably had to fast forward their plans.

Pretty much agreed on both points.

The first spoiler could have worked if it was booked right but TNA just doesn't have the right creative people in place to follow through with it. Kevin Sullivan or Heyman could have made that character arc work to perfection.

Definitely, it needed some oldschool mentality. In fairness though I think OnTheAir is right, the Kurt Angle arrest may have forced TNA into moving faster than they wanted.

Bully has to be very happy as [BLACKOUT]it'll be much easier getting heat on classic babyface AJ Styles, and who wouldn't want a storyline that calls for you to make out with Miss Assmacher every week?[/BLACKOUT]
