This match was better than I thought it was gonna be lol.

Enjoying NXT so far. Crowd really loves Nakamura! Hard not to love his theme song as well.

As far as Goldberg, I think what would work for him, as far as him having another match, is probably doing/winning the Andre the Giant Rumble match at WM, or making a Rumble appearance. I've always been a fan, but he's limited. I'd like to see him go out better than he did with Brock at Mania.

I was annoyed by the constant chanting during Shinsuke's match. Just be quiet for a second.

I like American Alpha.

Sweet cage match.

Full Sail will never.. Ever be quiet. I don't mind them mist times.. But there are times I hate them. They try to get themselves over more often than not.. And they come off as jerks.

I'll take that over a crowd like Monday on Raw. Totally boring and dead for the exception of a few moments.

- Interesting Mister Sinister type of entrance jacket for Dye Dillinger, Andrade needs to scrap his entrance gear. Fun little match!

-I ****ing love American Alpha, very sad their tag title reign is over! :(

After WWE NXT Takeover: The End of The Beginning went off the air, Triple H took part in an interview with Cathy Kelley that was streamed live on Facebook. It was very much a recap of the PPV with Triple H sliding in and out of storyline mode.
Triple H was introduced as "the man behind NXT." He welcomed Kelley to WWE.

Kelley asked Triple H about all the speculation of the title of tonight's show "The End." HHH joked that "NXT was no longer." He said that there were multiple meanings to the title. He said the night was about the end of Finn Balor vs. Samoa Joe's rivalry after seven months. He said the biggest reason was that NXT had this amazing transition from where they started and you see names like Paige and Seth Rollins as the initial champions. He said that they have transitioned from being a developmental brand to being a "brand in itself." He said NXT is it's own brand in every way and tonight marked the start of NXT - the brand.

He referred to Tye Dillinger as the most underrated talent. He praised the debut of Andrade "Cien" Almas and said it was unbelievable. He said he's had his eye on Almas for a long time as he launched his career in Mexico. He said he doesn't understand why anyone would put a mask on him based on the reaction of the women at Full Sail but joked he didn't know about the hat with the feather.

Triple H said that Revival and American Alpha will continue to revolutionize tag team wrestling. He said NXT has put the spotlight back on the tag teams. He said he could watch those teams do it over and over again and on any given night, either team can win. He said we haven't seen the end of that rivalry.

On the debut of Paul Ellering and The Authors of Pain, he said that he wasn't 100% sure what happened there and referred Kelley to William Regal. He said that the landscape has changed and he is interested in seeing what they can bring to the table.
On Nakamura vs. Aries, Triple H said it was one of those dream matches you would look at outside of WWE and wonder "What if?" He said that Nakamura is hard to explain but was one of the most sought after talents in the world. He said Nakamura and Aries being here shows that NXT is the place to be.

Kelley asked about Bobby Roode. Triple H said it was an example of the entire world wanting to be in NXT and said everyone is clamoring to be part of the brand.

On the NXT Women's championship bout, he said that Nia Jax losing was not a setback. He said that he had never seen someone push Asuka as hard as she was tonight. He said that people forget that Asuka has been doing this for 10-11 years and brings an experience level that Jax, in the ring for one year, does not. He put over Jax for pushing herself and said that it was still a step forward for Jax. Kelley asked what tonight meant for the other women on the NXT roster. He said they were all put on notice by both Asuka and Jax. He said that they are two women at the top who aren't going anywhere and Bayley will be back from injury soon. He teased that he knew of a big debut coming and said the landscape of the women's division was going to change really quick, really fast.

On the cage match, he said that Joe was really hitting his stride in NXT now. He said there was a transition period but inside his head, he is truly the NXT champion. He said Joe is the monster that he says he is. He said the pressure of being champion is immense and Finn Balor had that pressure for 290 days. He said the longer you have that pressure, the more you begin to break down. He teased this wasn't the end of the feud but said Joe has a lot of people chasing him with Nakamura being the most prominent.

He said that for himself and NXT, it's all about continuing what they have built. He put over the NXT tour of the UK that they leave for this weekend. He predicted the NXT Brooklyn show would sell out immediately on Saturday. He said it was the end of the beginning, but they are just getting started.

So now it'll officially be Raw vs Smackdown vs NXT as brands, no more developmental for NXT!?!?

NXT will always be developmental at its core but it sounds like they are pushing it to the next level with veteran guys like many of the ex TNA people. NXT is basically what Heyman would have like to have done with ECW if it didn't fold.

Taz is pushing the idea that NXT could take the 8pm-9pm Monday slot.

Maybe Evolve becomes their Developmental? I think that's how they signed Gargano and now Tommy End.

Speaking of Evolve, with the whole WWE-UFC thing, it would be good timing to sign Matt Riddle, who once fought in the UFC.

Is Bobby Roode now official in NXT?

Breaking Ground: Reloaded on the wwe network is great, I had missed the show

NXT was huge for me today. Not because of the PPV, but because I got my ticket to NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 2! **** yeah!

Now on to the PPV.

Tye Dillinger's entrance was great and he's definitely better than he's booked to be. He's a lot of fun to watch. Andrade "Cien" Almas had a solid debut. But the crotch to the face finisher was not working there. Definitely want to see where they go with the former La Sombra, though.

Holy **** that tag match was everything I love about wrestling. Hot tags, heel tactics, not chicken****s, tandem moves, tag ropes, title changes, emotion! Did I mention hot tags? On my MOTYC list, as is the next match. AA and the Revival are easily my favorite tag teams at the moment. While I don't think they are doing anything revolutionary in tag team wrestling as a whole, they are bringing a lot of new stuff the mainstream and I appreciate them doing so. With the addition of TMDK and The Authors of Pain, as well as others than can be mined from the indies, tag team wrestling can only grow in NXT.

Aries/Nakamura was a no sell dream match. Aries barely sold the injured ribs, Nakamura ignored all work on his knee and I could care less. Love the finish.

Nia Jax is starting to show growth. Asuka is a goddess. I liked the match and it went about as expected.

I fell asleep during Samoa Joe and Finn Balor. I might go back and watch but what I did see wasn't really catching me.

Good stuff last night! Joe
hitting the Muscle Buster off the top rope was pure HOLY SH**!

I was also ecstatic to hear this again:

[YT]HNW6YxCY8og[/YT]

I can understand why some people think Goldberg was overrated but the idea of him only having one solid match is bs to me! His best match was against DDP at Halloween Havoc'98 but I wouldn't say that was his only solid match, IMO he had good-great matches against..

Hollywood Hogan - Nitro'98
Sting - Nitro'98 and Slamboree'99
Kevin Nash - Starrcade'98 and Spring Stampede'99
Bret Hart (Yes despite ending Bret's career) - Starrcade'99
Booker T - Nitro 2000
Scott Steiner - Fall Brawl 2000
Chris Jericho - Bad Blood 2003
Triple H - Survivor Series 2003
Elimination Chamber -Summerslam 2003

He also got along great in the ring against Perry Saturn and I enjoyed his match against The Rock.

When was the last time Titus had a solo match at a PPV?

Elimination Chamber 2014.

My guess is that Titus O'Neil's feud with Rusev is his "last shot". If he can't make this work, I doubt he gets another REAL opportunity.

Super solid NXT Takeover last night. I enjoyed it very much.

The standout for me personally was Austin Aries. Ever since he came to NXT I've been waiting for him to put on a great match and last night he showed the NXT crowd how well he can work. I've been a big follower of him and CM Punk since back in the day so it awesome to see. I wish that crowd gave him some more props though. I love Nakamura but, man, show some Aries love.

As a lifelong fan I'm very excited and hopeful for the future of WWE. This brand split coupled with this NXT "branding" and the amazing talent they have/will acquire is bound to give me some dream matches for sure. I'm still selfish and truly wish Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, and Cody Rhodes were still around to partake in all of this but what can you do?

After watching that new Breaking Ground episode and getting a glimpse of Triple H working I always get a little glimmer of hope thinking that he knows what we as fans want. And, more importantly, he'll give it to us. Here's to a bright WWE future.

NXT Takeover thoughts

Aldrade "Cien" Almas needs a better outfit.

Tye Dillinger could be money if they ever let him be more than talent enhancement.

Nia Jax is improving. Asuka kicked her head in. Very physical women's match.

Bobby Roode!

Jason Jordan is so lit. The Revival are the best heel tag team in the WWE right now.

Nakamura vs Joe is going to be awesome.

I didn't realize that it was Joe Hendry doing a fake Russian accent that introduced Rusev as the US champion on Raw a couple years ago.

I think given a little more time, Jason Jordan could be a huge star one day.

I feel the same way too, but I've been sooo wrong about sooo many other athletic big men in the past. I used to think that Shad Gaspard could be a breakout star, and in the DX army days, I felt Billy Gunn would be the one to become a main event singles star. So I've got negative credibility on this issue.

is Roode still with NXT or did he go back to TNA?

also, NXT really needs to be on TV. I have no interest in the WWE Network but I would watch NXT if it were on TV.
