I think we should all take Lance Storm's advice and only watch Raw for Bryan.

They need to run with this underdog story with Bryan and have him earn a spot in the WM main after overcoming the odds The Authority put in his path. After it's all said and done, make it a three way with Bryan/Batista/Orton.

That way everyone can get what they want. WWE gets Batista in the main event so they can use his star power to sell the PPV to the casual viewers, and the fans get Bryan where they want him, in the main event spot.

And it's likely to be a far more interesting and intriguing match than a straight up Batista/Orton match (which at this point is likely to get the same reaction Cena/Orton got at the Rumble, or worse).

RUMBLE UPROAR BECOMES WORLD NEWS

I honestly never expected the type of attention that both my tweet and my Facebook post about my displeasure with the Royal Rumble would bring. I was just expressing an opinion, and it seemed to be in line with what many of you had on your mind last night as well. The response on both Twitter and Facebook dwarfed anything I'd received in the past, and I hope WWE will recognize this unprecedented response as a sign that a little tweaking might be needed in order to save this Wrestlemania from the prospect of 75,000 people booing, turning their backs, or walking out of its main event.

Last night's comments were not meant as a knock on Dave Bautista. I like and respect Dave, and am proud of what he's accomplished both inside and outside the ring. But Dave is intense, and unlikely to handle a heated 50/50 crowd with the same wink and a nod that has served John Cena - WWE Universe so well. Besides, we're not looking at a spirited 50/50 response at Mania; we're looking at the potential of something akin to a mutiny - and I think Dave deserves better than that.

On the bright side, WWE has 10 weeks to make this thing right for its loyal audience - and the potential to make this Wrestlemania the most talked about and interesting of them all. Where there's a will, there's a way. But unless Daniel Bryan is involved, that way just doesn't seem possible to this particular wrestling fan.

According to F4WOnline.com, Batista was not the only WWE star upset with the crowd in Pittsburgh last night, as it's being said Randy Orton was visibly angry backstage after his match against John Cena at the Rumble.

Like I said earlier. Do a triple threat. That way Batista and Bryan can both main event Mania against Orton and everyone gets what they want and the fans will actually be into the main event of the show instead of giving it the same reaction Cena/Orton got last night.

- WWE officials did not plan on the negative fan reaction at the Royal Rumble but Daniel Bryan not being in the Rumble main event played into the storyline that he's having to overcome "the machine" wanting to hold him down. WWE is behind the idea of wanting the fans to be outraged that Bryan isn't being pushed more.

Kurt Angle mentioned to the UK Sun that he would like to return to WWE before his career is over.

"I can't say when", Angle told the UK Sun. "My (TNA) contract is up in September and I've left my options open. I'm very happy in TNA. Dixie Carter has treated me very well and always been there for me. But, I can't lie to myself anymore. I can't lie to TNA or WWE. Yeah, there is that desire to go back. I just don't know when. It could be this year. It could be next year. I don't know when."

Randy should be angry with the bookers, not the crowd. It's the bookers fault his title match was nothing more than a stopgap measure.

don't usually do long posts so apologies in advance for the long rant

I've been a fan of wwe and wrestling in general since 95, i've seen alot of good moments, bad calls, politics and burials etc but this is the first time in awhile where i've been legitimately pissed off with wwe's booking,

y'know every once in awhile they make a bad call where the wrong guy wins or they blow a good thing way too fast, or slowing a good thing down to the point where u don't give a damn anymore

but the message was pretty loud and clear last night that wwe doesn't give a **** about what fans want to see, they don't care what people want idk if it's a case of stupidity or just arrogance that they refuse to acknowledge that the fans have chosen daniel bryan as their guy. And when they do acknowledge the yes chants or daniel bryan chants they make fun of the crowd or be condescending to them for doing so with commentary that i'm assuming is being fed through their headsets, u pay for a ticket u can be as passionate as u want if u don't like being what is being presented, it's pretty clear who people wanted and bryan not being in the rumble match was definitely the proverbial elephant in the room, perfectly fine to waste rumble spots instead though.

the Pittsburgh fans were justified to **** all over the royal rumble match itself and the outcome, for starters it was made completely obvious that dirty dave was going to win, it's a smart business move i guess due to guardians of the galaxy coming out but the fact they chose to gift wrap the MAIN EVENT OF WRESTLEMANIA to someone that has just rolled in after a long absence, over guys that bust their asses week in and week out, sorry guys you have to take a back seat so wwe can get a bit of mainstream attention, **** like that pisses me off, not to mention dave was rustier than a car from the 40's out there.

again first time in awhile where i'm really not interested in raw and certainly not in Batista Vs Orton at Wrestlemania
