There were 3 TV spots completley devoted to 3 characters. Showing the characters scenes etc.

I don't think so. I think it was just a commercial that focuses on scenes centered around a particular character and their arc.

I know 2 characters for sure. Not so sure about the 3rd, so I may have f'd that one up.

There were some TV spots that focused on the younger members such as Rogue, Bobby, Pyro etc, but these 3 TV spots were focused purely on the characters.
