There's this movie that I can't seem to remember the title of

Okay it's about a boy and a girl who found a kid who's just awesome in videogames and put him in various arcade tournaments, which the kid kept winning in. Then he got into the finals which he played this Mario Bros. game and he got three stars in row which enabled him to win the finals.

That's all i can really remember but hope you guys can help me out.
I would appreciate it.
