I don't really know, but judging by the whiney topic and post, my vote is yes. I think he expected everyone on the internet to grow up and welcome in back to a community of adults discussing important subject matter at all times and certianly not breaking such rules as speaking of something not exclusive to the subject matter.

Speaking for myself I am throughly disappointed in the lack of discipline in a comic book forum myself.
