This is Wierd....... I Need Your Opinion On This...

Ok, every Thursday, the garbage truck comes and pick our trash up. We place the trash infront of our houses, there is like a median in between all the houses where the trash is put. Well, I came back from work, and infront of my house, I find the game "Devil May Cry" for the Playstation 2????????????

WTF???

It's not mine. Probably somebody threw it away and fell off their garbage bag.......maybe somebody planted it there so that one day it will explode on me. I'm afraid to pop the game in my PS3. Should I? Is it possible that somebody could possibly hack the CD or make a dummy CD that looks like the game except it's to destroy my video game system. Could it be loaded with Anthrax????????????????????

What should I Do?

lol..if its a legit disc, then theres no way for it to be hacked to do anything to your PS3. I wouldnt worry too much about it. If you are that concerned, sell it but I dont see you getting more than a few dollars

It's not even that good of a game.

I mean, when it first came out it was badass, but I threw DMC1 and 2 in my PS2 the other week and couldn't get past the first few levels before I had to turn it off.

look...do you think someone is going to go through all the trouble of making a "hack" cd out of a DMC disc and just toss it in the street? are you paranoid or what...pop that bad boy into your system and have a grand old time. I just got DMC4 and to get ready for it played through DMC1 and still to this day had a blast with it.

I think somebody will. There are bastards out there dude. I would love to pop it in my PS3.........but i just think it's wierd. Dont know if it's pure luck..........or if it's purposeful for somebody to drop a video game on the ground

Easy solution:Put in a friends system to try it out.That way if it's bad it'll ruin your friends and not yours.Just choose your least favorite friend.

Dude, just try the FREAKING game. You'll find it outs not a "dummy cd", there's no anthrax, and that you love Dante. Then you'll want to play all of his games and go out and buy 2, 3 and 4. Two will test your faith, though, but don't lose heart. Dante's Awakening will wash the bad taste out of your mouth and then some, and DMC 4 will make you starting drooling for DMC5... or maybe a Nero 2, no one bleepings knows where they're gonna go from here.

****, now I want to go buy DMC1. Or I ccould play 3, but I've only beatin the original once, and it's only like three buck now, there goes lunch for a day, or a gallon of gas.

This happens to me all the time! No seriously though, you have a few options.

1. Go over your buds house and be like "Oh snap let me show u this sick game i played!"
2. Swap his DMC for yours
3. Be brave and open the case.

it's been nearly 4 months, and I still haven't popped the game in my system hahah

too busy with GTA4 and MGS4

It was me. The game is actually a virus i created that, once uploaded will allow me to control your PS3 from my, undisclosed secret volcano lair. Once i have control of your PS3, i plan on doing this same thing with millions more. I then hope to be able to take over the world with an army of PS3's that i can control at my will.

The first DMC is a classic, man. DMC2 is trash though.
