The script has been floating around for years in hollywood with several actors being attached as well as the script being written to fit them ( Chris Tucker was even attached at one point). That might explain why details weren't mentioned initially.

As for McG, I think Charlies Angel's one was exactly what it needed to be, the 2nd was overkill, with Terminator Salvation his heart was in the right place and it was a step up for him in many ways, but the script let him down.

This here is a perfect in between for him, something fun but with a chance to show he can reignit in a bit and no doubt he'll have the budget to deliver more great set pieces.

anyone watched any movie from him before 2010? anyone watched Bronson? of course not. :hehe:
 
This is basically gonna be a romantic action comedy, so don't think it's going to be all Bourne Identity and ****. They may play it straight so it comes off really funny though, like the spies are all serious with what they do and people are on the sidelines going, wtf is wrong with these guys?

The guy displayed the same kind of charm in Guy Ritchie's RocknRolla. I do think that many brits saw RocknRolla.
 
i think Hardy will rock in Mad Max. i expect a fantastic performance. but of course if Miller will f... up then nothing can save Hardy .

i hope that Miller is not some crazy dude with strange fashion style.

I was watching Family Guy the other day when one of the giant Chicken fights popped up. I would love fights on that destruction level for this film.

You know, in another universe, this would be Captain Kirk battling Bane. And that sounds awesome.

this actually doesn't look half bad. good cast, action looks solid (no shakey camera to be seen thus far), I might see this.
 
i dont like the ''chin girl'' .

Hardy and Pine are good for this type of movie.
