I'm glad to be alive.

So, did a mile at Havelock Rec on it's trail. Right afterwards...I was gonna walk the second mile. Nope. Felt like throwing up...head was hurting...next thing I know I take like a 5 yard running start while crouching down, trip and scratch up right leg/knee on big rocks and cut left palm. I look at hand and leg, bleeding...my head and ears hurt. People ask if I'm fine. I go inside sit...eyes hurt with glasses on...I relax for short while...go to bathroom barely on own power. Go number 2. Feel 100% better. So I tell a person working what happened and he gives me band aids...a couple packets of this other stuff. I clean self up. Then I go to Food Lion & buy Cap'n Crunch. For a second I thought I was gonna pass out and die while sitting in the Rec...then I heard voice in head like "Everything is gonna be fine" And then I went to bathroom and was fine. It's weird. I barely remember hitting the rocks...
