Good review...what he describes...it sounds like a really good game. I'm looking forward to getting it.

I just got this in from Gamefly and I must say I'm a bit disappointed. It's in no means a bad game, but it just seems sorta like a lamer version of Smash Brothers. It's much too simple. Even more simple than Smash Brothers.

Okay upon further playing...

It's a fun, but very simple game. Not much to it. Everything is relatively easy to unlock.

Moves are boring, not fun. The roster is pretty much not a celebration of the turtles history but a history of the current cartoon series. (which sucks IMO.)

There are 3 rabbid characters in the roster.

Essentially, while fun, it's a huge letdown and I'd wait to buy it at a very discounted price.

I'll be getting it, but mostly as an aside to Smash Bros....just another fun party fighting game to have around, plus with the turtles.

I didn't expect it to match up to Smash Bros though.

Three Rabbids is just stupid...but some of the other character choices are great such as Karai and Casey Jones...both of these I'm really excited to try out.

So, is this game basically the same on PS2 as Wii? If the price goes down low enough I might consider picking it up at some point. It's not Smash Bros., but when you don't have a Wii I suppose it'd be better than nothing.

Seems like a game that is worth a purchase..
