That and Baz only getting 5k cut from 60k job. Makes it seem like so much went down between Smurf and Baz in the time jump. He did give Julia money the previous episode, which is something Smurf told him not to do. The flashbacks spent a bit too much time on one area I think they could have started a little later and covered the Julia/ Baz, Julia stealing, Andrew being controlled by Smurf, Julia kicked out, then the stuff between the 8 year jump. Would have liked to see Julia coming back the first time and being put in "Rehab".Baz was J’s father I guess. It lines up especially with the “ that’s it” line.
Ehhh… sure there are a few loose ends, but I really don’t think there’s enough there to warrant a spin-off.Did anybody feel like the ending was kinda set up for a spin-off. If so it would’ve probably happened if WBD didn’t shutdown TNT’s scripted programming. I’m glad this is it though because not every show needs a spin-off even though I would’ve watched it lol. Glad this show got to end on its on terms before the merger.
I agree.Ehhh… sure there are a few loose ends, but I really don’t think there’s enough there to warrant a spin-off.
Despite current trends, not *everything* needs to be a franchise.
J. and Smurf were the worst of the bunch. While Andrew was born disabled and Pope could go violent at any moment it was always to protect the rest of the family. The other brothers would steal from anyone but J. was intentionally cruel.J is just as messed up as the rest of the Cody family. Smurf messed up everyone in her family with her messed up mind games.
