Honestly the amount of ketchup is the only thing that makes that gross to me. Coating meat loaf in mashed potatoes seems weird, but still edible.

Honestly part of it is I've seen grosser things like the meat ship and reverse hamburgers (patties made of ground bacon with slices of beef).
