Lately the Melancholia trailer which looks pretty awesome. I expected it to look a little less Von Trier and more mainstreem than most of his movies and it did. I didnt think it was gonna feel so much like a family drama than an end of the world film though.

Right now I'm looking forward to two trailers.

1. The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn - Because this is the movie I'm looking forward to the most this year.

2. Immortals - I'm pissed off that a few people already got to see some footage at Wondercon and not us.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - Since I'm a big fan of the books makes this easily my most anticipated movie of the year.

The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn - I love the comic books, also Spielberg and Jackson is involved in the movie.

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy - Oldman, Firth, Hardy and Strong is in it and it's Alfredsson debut english film.

Contagion - Soderbergh's next movie and it has a great ensemble.

In the past:

Spider-man - I was dying to see what the web-slinging would look like in real life, and I think it actually exceeded my expectations. That first trailer we got for Spider-man (not the teaser) kinda blew my mind.

Inception - I think was expecting something that looked more sci-fi-ish, but what we got was infinitely more interesting, imo.

For this year, right now it's:

Hugo Cabret - Scorsese. Live-Action children's 3D fantasy. What WILL this look like?
Immortals - Have no idea what it'll look like, just that it'll look gorgeous.
Contagion - The cast and story is kind of epic in scope, so will it look as intimate as Soderbergh's usual?
Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy - I just want to see this cast being awesome. And I want to see what kind of aesthetic Tomas Alfredson has beyond LTROI.
