Transformers: Fall of Cybertron

I can't do that unless I put it on mute. Totally dislike the Music. I never heard of dubstep before. Then I heard it in the Spider-Man Trailer, now here. I don't like it, I don't want it and it needs to go.

Love dubstep, love the trailer, love lamp :atp:

Besides, Transformers and Dubstep have been going together for a while now:

lawl dubstep isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

New trailer was slick. Game play (what we can glimpse of it) looks just like WFC which isn't a bad thing.

I had to go back and watch the launch trailer again...man, I friggin love that trailer.

Everytime I see a trailer for this game I think to myself...

"And why is it so hard for Bay to get this right?"

And then I remember it's Bay..

lol have you seen what he has planned for the TMNT? He just doesn't care cause they started out as a toy franchise at a time when he was too old to even care about them cause he never grew up on them. he's like that guy chris gore form AOTS who said that same thing of him self. It's a lost cause talking and worrying on Bay.

they should had zack Snyder.(even if you don't like his zombie movie) since he's keep thing the way you remember /should be and still adds some thing new to it. He at least looks back for home work purposes if he doesn't know about some thing. But bay got to it. It's spielburg's fault for dropping on him any way.

^Snyder's DoTD is prob my fav zombie movie. He'd have done a good job, I agree.

Yeah, that's a frequent thought of mine. I've liked his other movies though, dunno why he went full 'tard with the TF franchise.

Outside of deciding where and when and how big to explode something, I doubt Michael Bay has much influence on Transformers. Those movies, to me, more than any others I've ever seen smack of "design by committee". I think the marketing department and ****ing focus testers have more of an impact on those movies than Bay does.

I must respectfully disagree. You can very clearly see Bay's influence in both his humor and general "vibe" of the films as they progress.

For example, the first movie feels a lot less like a piece of trash Michael Bay movie, likely because being the first film he had a bit less of a say as to what's what with the universe. The script was written with less of his dumb input, etc. As soon as it made a bajillion dollars, though, the second film started to very clearly showcase Bay's trashbag sense of humor with all the ridiculous parent scenes and blah blah blah (you know the drill). Same goes for the complete lack of focus in the third film.

If anything, I'd wager he was given more creative control as the series progressed.

I'm not a fan of Snyder.. But I'd take anyone over Bay. Oddly, I DO like the Rock. Outside of a few explosions I can't really tell it's a Bay movie.

I don't even have a huge hate-on for Bay, personally. I think he's made a couple cool movies, The Rock being one of them and the Bad Boys series was entertaining.

I just don't like him for Transformers. There are plenty of directors out there who are great at action and can still tell a coherent story and build characters with substance. For the most part, Bay is simply not one of those directors unfortunately.

Those environments look like a HUGE step up from WFC.

pre pair for more epicness, ness

That exact thing has now been posted 3 times, haha. C'mon ppl.

Was War for Cybertron any good? If the story connects I would like to play it before this comes out. Is it worth a buy?

Wow I didn't know all the other Dinobots were gonna be in the game, too. This is gonna be balls-to-the-wall epic.
