the tank mode wasn't great but I did like how he used the treads to grind on other bots....based on the designs for all the characters, I never figured the toys would be all that great

better than sam having dreams of ancient robots that bring him back to life...LOL. I'm just trynna use the weak story they used already. The fallen wouldn't have even existed in mine. Megatron wouldn't have died the first time around either. He woulda hit them with the classic line. Decepticons....RETREAT!!!!

Wow, I could tell Megatron apart from Starscream just because of the different silhouettes. Megatron was more bottom heavy and Starscream is star shaped.

I could tell them apart easily in dialogue scenes and scenes where they were kinda standing around, but the forest battle in particular was difficult to tell between the two sometimes.

Not that it ruined the movie or anything.

You missed the part where Megatron beats SS at the Fallen's base. He chokes him against a wall full of protoforms. That was about SS leaving him to die. On the skyscraper it was because SS couldnt catch Sam.

That's not really a beating. That's an "you screwed me over, I'll deal with you later" moment.

Well I just saw the film... and I am officially done with Michael Bay. It finally wore thin on me. Took a while but it got the better of me tonight. His films won't be getting my money anymore.

You didn't need to make the sarcasm that obvious. I saw this knowing my money would not make a difference one way or the other considering all the records it broke. Movies on the bubble/verge of becoming a franchise, like Wolverine, those are films I know my money makes a difference, which is why I passed on it.

Also in the next film please give the Decepticons different colors because I couldnt tell who was who during the fight scenes. All I saw was Optimus' vibrant blue or Bumble Bee's yellow but I couldnt tell the Decepticons apart because they were gray/beige

CONS
1. WTF about the "Twins", who may as well have been named Amos and Andy? Did Skids REALLY need to have a what appeared to be a gold tooth? Did these same "Twins" really need to declare that they were basically illiterate? HTF was that relevant to the story? Did they have to look just a little bit too much like mechanical MONKEYS?!! Michael Bay really needs his ass beat for this foolishness. Pretty sure there'll be another sequel, and I'm pretty sure I'll be checking it out on bootleg DVD, if I watch it at all.

2. The fight scenes sucked. Granted, they were somewhat better than the first movie, but, that's kinda like getting a 45 on your first test and then "improving" your way up to a 55. You're still failing. The way that most of the fight scenes were filmed made it really hard to see what was going on in the fight. The scenes could have been shot in a different way so that it would have been easier for moviegoers to watch them. Speaking of scenes.......

3. Please explain to me why or how a shot of John Turturro's fuzzy a** wearing a thong was in any way relevant to the development of that story.

PROS
1. Optimus Prime kicked some a** in this one.

2. At least M. Knight Shamalayan or Ang Lee didn't direct it.

Id like to see Hot Rod introduced kind of have him be the young Hal Jordan/Kirk ******* autobot. And have him and Bumblebee be Sam's main robot companions

Hot Rod can be Mikaela's guardian/friend just like Bumblebee is to Sam. t:

Either way, if Hot Rod shows up, he definately has to hang out with Sam and Mikaela. It just fits, imo.
