Turn a really lame villan into a serious character

After I suggested it earlier I tried to come up with a jokeified version of Venom and realized I couldn't actually make up anything more ridiculous than the character already was.

I've never understood why Graviton isn't a Magneto level bad ass. He should be to the Avengers what Magneto is to the X-Men
