SUPER VILLAIN into SUPERHERO (MARVEL)

How about Crimson Dynamo V- Dmitri Bukharin(now Airstrike). Much like Wolverine, Morbius,Hawkeye, Quicksilver/Scarlet Witch, he has a shady past(mainly as a KGB officer)- and we haven't seen him around as of late( After all, one society's villain is another's hero), or Seraph(last seen in #New Defenders 151)?

A hero or a "good guy" or a protaginist?

Tbolts may be crazy and homicidal, but their a government sponsered team, who is "supposed" to be acting in accordance with United States policy and objectives..ergo good guys. The are on the same side as the Initiative, and could feasibly fight alongside the Avengers.

I hear what your saying, but short of brainwashing its as close as your gonna get with some of these.

Punisher, Deadpool, Winter soldier etc.. are all what most would consider SUPERHEROs in a novel sense. But they certainly are not your defination of hero.

When guys like Thanos, Doom etc have made the switch..it is more jaded and obscure..quasi-heroish..or even anti-hero...but that makes it more beleivable.

Point is even such borderline transformations of character "count" in terms of their portrayal. Its been done. And that is my point.

Heros as you define them, are in short supply even amoung the superhero class. In fact they are kind of boring.

Joker had his own comic in the 70s, he was the protaginist, does that make him a hero? No, because he still acted villinaious. You can have a completely villainious protaginist, MODOK 11 a bunch of villains were the protaginists, but they were still villains because they acted like villains. In the Manga Death note, Light Yagami was the protaginist and the villain, there wasn't much heroic about him.

Just because bullseye works for the government doesn't make him a hero, the sentinels worked for the governemnt, are they heroes? MU governmkent often acts villainious, I don't see how working for them makes you instantly herooic. Bullseye still acts like villain, not a hero, not an anti hero, but a pure villin, so he still is a villain, its as simple as that.
