I would have loved to see a sequel to TIH. I liked the movie. Not the movie of the year, but a good introduction for a franchise (that Ang Lee movie wasn't)
He just shouldn't have been next to iron man on the same year and shouldn't have competed with the "dark knight", a movie just to huge for it.
Plus the fact that Marvel didn't well explained that it was a semi reboot of Ang Lee's Hulk and not just a sequel had confused the audience.
TIH may not have been a hit, but he could have been the foundation of a solid franchise. Batman Begins did good but wasn't an amazing success, but the dark knight wouldn't have been a hit without batman begins.
Being said, Feige decision had buried the Hulk franchise for years to come, and it's sad. Nobody understand where the character is going anymore. between reboot, semi reboot, sequel with another actor in each movie, it has become more and more confusing. Plus the fact that Ruffalo isn't a big known actor, if Marvel tried a third Hulk solo movie, it will be a disaster. Maybe not a bad movie, but a big flop.
The only way for Hulk to work, now, is to have him be a supporting role playe in marvel movies. A big waste. Thank you kevin Feige.
