I was on the Wizard magazine website the other day, and I noticed how many quality TV shows now have toy lines...or how many toy lines are dedicated to cool TV shows...however you want to word it!

My point is, the toys are just getting COOLER with each release! The downside is, 1) I haven't "played" with toys since grade school, and 2) It's hard to justify spending $20 for one action figure on a regular basis.

But if I had the money to waste...look out!

So here's our official thread to talk about and post cool pics of toys based on our favorite TV shows/characters.

Which ones do you guys like the best?

Here's a couple of Jacks I'd like to add to my collection:

I want some damn Battlestar Galactica action figures.
And Some Heroes figures.

too bad so many shows today are [YUCK]reailty shows and not adventure shows then there'd be plenty of action figures like for example GHOST WHISPERER figures

There's a DWIGHT action fig out there from 'The Office'. Rest assured when I find it, it'll be mine!

I've got that figure, along with Shannon, Kate, Hurley, Charlie, and The Hatch in my collection so far. The only one I'm missing so far is Locke, which I can't find anywhere.

Series 2 comes out in May, I believe. These figures are incredible! And for only $15 they're a steal!

Hey I got an idea. What about a Paris Hilton toy figure?

I was going to get the Jack one when I saw them at my local TRU for $10... but none of them looked like Michael Fox. Man, that pissed me off. I was going to get a Charlie one instead, but I'm not a big fan of the character these days.

With the exception of Prison Break that I posted above, are the others really toys? Sculptures, perhaps, but toys? I don't see them being played with. Neither they appear to have any posability.

The Stargate Atlantis and SG1 figures have really good sculpts, I'm really tempted to pick some of them up, particularly Teal'c from series two which is dead on IMO.

I also love the Dr Who action figures being made for the new series by Product Enterprises, they've got some really great and unexpected ideas for the series.

It's the best Sci Fi TV show line currently in production, I'm not sure how many of these figures are available in the states but they're coming soon so Dr Who fans will be in for a treat.

I love the Dalek and Genesis Arc box set and the two Cybermen with the Cyber Controller on his throne from the end of Age Of Steel.

Nice pieces:woot:

Those aren't toys..those are collectors items.

Awesome. :word:

They should do car models as well. One I wouldn't mind owning is the Impala from Supernatural :word::up:
Oh hell yeah. Supernatural action figures like the Buffy ones would be awesome....Great, now I want a Supernatual videogame. :( (I closely link toys and videogames)

The beauty if most of these figures is that they are designed for Adults.

The Lost and 24 ones are both made my McFarlane and it even says on the packaging Adult Collectables. They are highly detailed and feature low articulation points. they are essentilly cheap statues, which is great, for my more realistic figures I prefer them to be set in one Iconic pose anyway.

It's not a TV figure but I'd just like to add this one.
