Ok can someone tell me what is the story on these figures? are they going to be released? if so when? i really need these 3 figures to complete my TDK basic figure collection. im wating on the MM

I have no clue....but I really want them too. You would think they will be released soon though. Maybe one of these guys that went to SDCC will know.
 
According to Entertainment Earth they ship next month (subject to change).
 
Man i hope they ship next month. I just went and checked it out, and I would have pre ordered, but you can only buy in bulk as of right now. The damn things are going to go like hot cakes. That's sad that i'm saying that about the basic line. Oh and apparently there's a new Joker coming out for that line. Swiss Blade Joker?
 
I just don't see why the Two-Face and Firefly figure would have a smaller picture of Batman shooting a gun. That doesn't make any sense. Wouldn't it show the actual figure performing something? Do you really think that they would let Two-Face come out as a stand alone figure without being able to do anything? Let's get real. Batman has like 5+ versions out doing something. I'm sure Mattel would make something up for Two-Face.
 
its a mock-up, the prototype images. thats why they are in the wrong packaging, just meant to show what they look like in the packageing is all, its not official. heck, the figure isnt even official, i think the actual figure looks more movie accurate.
 
According to the director of marketing for Mattel who I spoke to at ComicCon, the MM Two-Face will be available in Spring 09'. No idea about the 5" line though.
 
spring 09?? thats a long time to wait. i hope you not bluffing about an MM twoface though.
 
Heh, I looked at the Firefly figure and my first though was "Hey Bruce Wayne took up paintballing to explain all his wounds." I'd like to see the final versions of these guys a lot.
 
They will come around the DVD's release, just like the 3rd series of the BEGINS line came out around the DVD release.
 
The Two-Face figure is awesome! I'm not quite sure about the other 2 though.

Two Face is awesome, kind of a toned down version of what we see in the film like the kid line Joker. Like the movie inspired Firefly. The Deathstroke is meh.
 
I think I would like the Deathstroke more, IF IT HAD A FREAKING EYE!!! I mean wtf is up with that? We all know Deathstroke is supposed to have one eye. Not zero. Are we supposed to assume he's like Kenshi from Mortal Kombat or some **** like that??? :hoboj:
 
I think the basic line's Two-Face is scheduled for Fall, while the MM version isn't expected until next year.
 
Yah, Entertainment Earth has the Basic Figures 5" Wave 4 shipping in August and including a Two-Face.
