man! dont quote me on this cause it's been awhile, but i got that freaking book in my stash. i think it's from "the Defenders" in the 70's cause they were all about crazy S&%$ like that then.Freaking "The Headmen" , Plant Mant,they were like Morrison's doom patrol. I think that elf was going around blowing people away. Plus it mentions "val" which was Valkyrie name then. I am sure it's a Defenders one
