Having lived in London for 3 years and seeing women drinking like nowehere else, I think that would be the most unfair law to exist if it just means that if a women is intoxicated and says yes then she can retroactively decide that she did not mean it and it was rape.

Of course, circumstances where the lady is unconscious should not require such a law for it deemed to be rape as no consent can be given.

The big problem that i can see appearing is what exactly is 'Drunk'? How drunk must a woman be to be able to say she was intoxicated?

Also if they set a drink limit on the 'rape' cases then it'll have to be the same level as the Drink Drive limit.

Don't get me wrong if a guy F**ks a unconcious woman then that is Rape, But this 'ruling' basicly means you can cry rape if you either really regretted it or if you thought you'd been shortchanged.

It's another complete F**K up by the Labour a$$holes and another step further down the drain that they will send this country.
