Hmm seems Ultimate Avengers #5 got pushed by 1 week, ah but we'll get the preview next week then!

I kind of enjoyed Ultimate Enemy #1...I'll probably read the rest.

I am curious as to what the enemy is, and if any of the supposed deaths actually stick by the end of it.

Ok so Ult Avengers has been pushed back again? I was gonna ask that cause the little preview on the last page of every ultimate title keeps saying it is coming out on Wednesday but I couldn't find any other kind of confirmation.

Well it wasn't listed on Diamond Comics on Feb 24th. ;_; At times i think Marvel doesn't even wanna release 2 Ultimate-titles in the same week. >_>

Alright so I don't know where else to ask this but I recently got done re-reading Ultimate Origins in trade format and the issue where the Hulk kills Mary and Richard Parker threw me for a loop. Didn't Bendis confirm they died in a plane crash during the Venom arc of Ultimate Spider-man. If anyone could clear this up for me that'd be great.

Some more art, by the way i'm abit worried Loeb is actually seriously going to destroy Captain America's Shield! I guess i'm just making pessimistic assumptions due to Steve lacking the Shield here, but then again the Shield could be in the ground or something randomness lol.

I guess it is a little bit. I haven't posted in any other threads though. Trying to spread the word a little. Since the episode is all about the Ultimates, I figured the Ultimates thread posters would be most interested.

I'd like to comment on the newest Ultimate stuff, but I'm the newb of our show. I'm not completely caught up yet.

New Ultimates #1 preview for those who skipped Ultimate X #1

Every freakin time Jeph Loeb writes a line of dialogue from Tony Stark's mouth, he's always saying " I need a drink" or talking about alcohol. WE GET IT LOEB, Tony drinks. Enough already. That New Ultimates preview indicates to me that we're pretty much getting for of Ultimates 3 only with a better artist this time. Ugh.............

The whole "Tony funded Avengers" idea was so short lived, it seems like either a gimmic or an idea they backed down on and wrote out of continuity to return to the SHIELD based team. Needless to say, I am disapoint.

New Ultimates #1 preview for those who skipped Ultimate X #1

Hm, it looks stellar at the moment but i'm still not too keen on the Defenders being powered up. They were fun as a useless group and comic relief, but having them as "villains"? Seems a bit senseless to me.

I might get it though if it gets good reviews.

I'm not holding my breath for New Ultimates. Loeb has used up all of my goodwill and benefit of doubt. That preview pretty much tells me we're in for more Ultimates 3 madness.
