Can this universe be put out of it's misery finally? I feel like it's just limping along now. Like Loeb ran it over with his car with Ultimatums and Marvel's too much of a whimp to break out the shotgun and finish it off when it's crying to let it's suffering end.

I actually don't mind Ultimate Spider-Man. I prefer 616's Universe. It's not secret, but this universe use to be a fun alternative. Now it's just sorta dead, along with all of it's characters.

i agree that giving it to loeb is a dumb discision and when they get their balls back marvel should can him, but for now we still have bendis on ultimate spiderman, and we be gettin ultimate Kaine, my favorite spiderclone, so its not too terrible from my perspective. though the black hulk is a WTF? for me, cuz i thought you had to be an odd color to be a hulk, i mean, couldnt they have jsut made him ultimate skaar or a new abom?

Well i'm enjoyning where Ultimate X is headed. I dig the narration (or should i say over narration lol) but still kinda worried this is going to turn up into an Team vs. EVil Team action fest.

Most of the Ultimate Universe I don't care for, but Ultimate Spider-Man is better than it's been in years.

I dont know about you guys but Bendis' "Bendis talk" is really starting to wear on me. I love Bendis and all but man, i wish he would switch up his writing style a little bit because the way his characters talk is starting to get annoying.

Ultimate Mystery #1 cover. This is the 2nd part of the "Ultimate Enemy" trilogy. I have to say Ultimate Enemy #3 was better than #2 but at the end of the day, you really just wanna figure out the mystery itself lol.

Also Mark Millar said Ultimate Avengers 2 will receive more double shipments, as Ultimate Avengers 3 will launch earlier, why? Because UA3 is about Avengers + Blade fightning off Vampires who are hunting Mutants. This apparently is slightly familiar with the direction X-Men are taking in Heroic Age.

I'm back to the Ultimate Comics as of a couple weeks ago, and have not touched Ultimate Avengers, Ultimate Armor War, or Ultimate Enemy. Are any of them worth picking up?

Ultimate Avengers is freaking awesome! I don't know whenever to recommend getting all 6 issues of the 1st arc or waiting for the trade in July, but basicly it's Millar goodness and he's bringing in the super villains now. 1st arc has Red Skull as the big bad, and the 2nd book has Ghost Rider as the villain. Sure due to Ultimatum the cast is different, so we're introduced to Red Wasp, Nerd Hulk, War Machine, Gregory Stark (yes Tony has a brother) and whatnot awesomeness. It's very absurb with really beatiful action scenes. Good dialogue as always with great one-liners here and there.

Armor Wars already has a trade, if you enjoy Warren Ellis and his writing on Ultimate Tony Stark, you'll enjoy it for sure. It's quite a short story with lots of things packed into it.

Ultimate Enemy is a 4 issue story thats part of a greater trilogy, so far it's been kinda below avarage. It's just that people wanna find out the mystery out rather then being all confused lol.
