One question,which arcs before Crossover are worth getting?

i'd say NONE, the art in the doom one was gross,as in think tank,but that arc just sucked.Annhilus arc was cool,maybe that one, the first is not needed.

The first arc 'the fantastic' i thought was pretty good. Good action and humor , and a nice set up for the series. Art was good too.
The art in the doom arc was a bit ropey.

i liked the story in the doom arc, even though it wasn't Doom.

They ****ed over DOOM, but since it's the Ultimate universe I let it slide.

I didnt mind his look, he just seemed a bit pathetic, rather than a powerful dictator who inspires awe and fear.

Ult Doom is starting off, 616 Doom had done everything before he appeared.

Yeah, but 616 (even back when kirby showed his colledge years) was an angry arrogant man, who stirred fear or at least suspicion in all around him. Ult doom ijust seems a bit off, missing something. maybe he'll have got it by the next time we see him.

true, but Ult Doom was arrogant, just the power went straight to his head, thus he was sloppy and slightly crappy.

I'm looking forward to the next sh/tload of issues by Millar and Land.

Yeah, tomb of namor is looking great so far. I hope they stick with the 3 issue arc format, the stories are more gripping if they go at a faster pace.

i don't know...i've been reading UFF and the other 2 as well....but i just can't seem to get into UFF...

I never owned an F4 comic in my life before purchasing UF4 #22,23,and 24.I was always a fan of them but never got into the F4 comics.With a class act in Millar writing,an artist supreme like Land penciling,all matched with the characters of F4,this is THE time to get into UF4 for any newcomer.

Well thank you GNR, i've read quite a bit of UFF and just really don't like it....i do like the MK series.....not real happy w/ the CPS line on the reg series...but hopefully that will change soon enough....so out of the 3 MK is my fav...

I really want to see the Ultimate Hulk show up in the UF4 books soon.That would be classic.

that was 616 style Hulk, Ult Hulk is much stronger apparently.
