Quick question. In Ult F4 7 why does Man Thing appear when they show the flashback of the accident?

Just a quick note to say that the Man-Thing, at least in the regular MU, acts as some kind of link to other dimensions. I remember Warren Ellis explained it on Mark Millar's message board a couple years ago. And that is probably what happened when the transporter kicks in - - Reed was trying to shorten the distance to travel from points A to B by using the Negative Zone as a short cut.

I thought it was a good start to a new arc. It was a little confusing in the beginning with the time travel but it got easier further into the story. I was flipping out when the Super Skrull was mentioned and I was surprised to see that the Chitauri are the Skrulls. I hope that's actually true and not just some twisted consequence of the time travel, which I doubt it is. Can't wait for the next ish.

I hate time traveling and alternative time lines too confusing. I hated the return of Sue and Johnny's mom...I mean you just don't leave your kids to do field research. I think there keeping the zombies alround until Marvel Zombies is done(god marvel will do anything for a buck).

can somone tell me what happened in the latest issue? I can't get to a comic book store until the 29th and I can't wait to find out what happens. I don't mind being spoiled, anything you guys can tell me will be greatly appreciated.

The last issue i read was i think called President Thor #1, there was big time travel thingy somehow involving Reed, and it ends up in an alternate timeline were Thor is president...I had no idea what was going on. It was a set up issue really.

I just read President Thor part two and all i can say is that this whole arc is kind of boreing. We know everything is gonna go back to normal and Ben is going to save the day and the only thing good coming out of this is the Super Skrull. I would say this is the most character centered of the Millar-F4 arcs.Light on action and big on character.Not boring to me at all.
