Comics Um *he's* back... but NOT in a good way at all...

Mos def either Carnage or Toxin. Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaassee be Carnage. Although that would make no sense, and I like Toxin, but pppllllleeeeaaaaasse be Carnage

and what is venom (brockv ersion) doing on that pic? on the right side???

edit: oh and the green goblin is there too, as well as the beetle...
but no spider-man

Hi, umm, i might be stupid for not knowing this but, who are the 2 nerdy looking guys right behind Iron Man? In fact, there's about 4 regular looking people standing near the front and center that I don't recognize. Can someone help me out?

All four Beetles in that picture, including Mach IV (in front of Deadpool) have been heroes for a lonnnnnnng time

Venom is now a Thunderbolt, doing voluntary superheroing whether he likes it or not

Green Goblin is either Phil Ulrich(Who was always a hero) or Norman Osborn who is now leader of the Thunderbolts

The artist doesn't care if they draw Venom accurately. This is the umpteenth time Brock-Venom was featured on a cover, only for it to be Gargan-Venom in the actual book.

the runaways?

Yeah that will be Venom/Gargan not Brock on the cover.
Think back to the variant of TB#110 by Mike Deodato-

TBOLTS_110_COV1.jpg

He did not bother to actually understand how VenomIII appears, he just did Venom/Brock.
Good one, dumbass.

It's probarbly Toxin, seeing as Carnage is the furthest thing from a hero who saves lives and protects people, and fights the good fight!

But he looks ALOT more like Carnage than Toxin. I say its Carnage. Marvel just don't know their principles.

It's Toxin. Surprised nobody's said nuttin' about Wonder Man goin' back to the stupid red jacket.

It is Toxin, Carnage got ripped in two.

Toxin is a good guy, Carnage is not.

Finally that head shot looks more like Toxin than Carnage comparred to how Venom3 looks more like Venom on the Deodato cover of TB#110.

If it's Carnage, then this is the stupidest idea I've heard of since Toxin...who I cannot stand.

Yeah, I hate pretty much all symbiotes aside from Venom.

I think Toxin was a kinda interesting character, way better than Carnage.

Current Venom is the best tho.

Toxin has a lotta good potential. The new Venom just blows chunks.

Well, I like the new Venom in the context of the Thunderbolts and such. I also liked him in MKSM. So, I'm cool with Gargan-Venom. I don't like him when compared to Brock-Venom, though. No substitute for the original.

As for Carnage, I liked his first appearance. It was great. He was more powerful than Venom, but not so ridiculously powerful that he became useless as a character....not until Maximum Carnage, andthen every subsequent arc that followed had him as this uber-powerful monster....so much so, that the SILVER SURFER had to take care of him. Then the symbiote STILL came back. Ugh. If they had left him as slightly more powerful than Venom, I'd have been cool with him...but he would never have been as cool as Venom.

Toxin....well, he was a derivative of a derivative in my book. I tried to get into his series, but it just didn't have any real appeal to me. All it made me do was miss Venom-Brock a little more.

Just to continue the pattern...

I love Venom, I like Carnage, and I think Toxin isen't too bad.

:hyper:

I ended up liking "Toxin," the mini series, when it was all said and done... but not because I'm a great fan of symbiotes. Pat Mulligan was a decent character... and his interaction with Toxin was interesting. I may even get the trade someday.

But I read that Toxin was supposed to be more powerful than Venom or Carnage combined... and that's just crazy.

How the hell could he be more powerful than both of them combined?! Was he imbued witht he power cosmic or something?!

This is why I think the symbiotes should have stopped after Carnage....or Venom. After awhile, they get so powerful, you have to ask, "why are they fighting Spider-Man? Why not take over the planet?"
