When the theif/killer from the first movie stole Uncle Ben's car, Spider-Man punched a hole in the roof and the car crashed into the wall of the warehouse, probobly denting it severly. Yet, there it is, in Aunt May's parking lot and even in her garage in one scene in the second one perfect as can be. Now, I know it's Sam Raimi's signiture thing to have that car in every movie he makes, but couldn't they have explained that Aunt May had it repaired or something?

You can content yourself by telling : well, she was missing this car in her garage so she bought a new one exactly the same model and this could also be another reason that explain why she has debts, the first being because Ben doesn't work anymore

Good catch of one of the many of this movies faux pauxs.

Do you really need an explanation of how the car got repaired??? Most people who own cars have insurance. Anyone who lives in New York would be a fool not to have Superhero insurance.

I noticed that too.
When Aunt May was packing her stuff out of the house, the car wasn't there anymore.

Obviously the Police returned the car to May. It really didn't need explaining.
