My problem is that my Windows Automatic Software updater downloaded a ton of security updates onto my computer & it has really eaten up my hard disk space. Chances are that I probably needed most of them, but how do I go about removing the ones that I do not need to free up space on my hard drive? Is it safer to just leave them all on there as is, or could they cause damage to my computer? I only have 13.6 GB's Free Space left on my hard drive & the total size of my hard drive is only 31. 7 GB's.

Dont uninstall them, they are there for a reason, i dont think they take up that much space anyway. Something else would be taking up the space (games, software and what not) have you thought about buying a larger hard drive or even putting in a slave drive? they are really cheap nowa days and you could get 300 gig or more for under $100

Dude, 13.6 gigs should last you long enough.
