I don't think so, they got enough franchises on their hands and they are trying to build more. They got Harry Potter, Batman, Superman, Oceans, Looney Toons, other films that are not franchises. Also they are trying to build up their DC comics franchises with Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and various Vertigo books.

So is Superman, but Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern, and Aquaman, the other DC franchises that Warner Bros are looking into, have not yet.

As for Ocean's Thirteen, just wait and see. If it's successful, then they'll try to make Ocean's Fourteen

Fox and Universal also had been in a power struggle over the movie's control, the Times said. The studios refused to comment.

After seeing how X-men 3 turned out, I would have wanted Universal to win that fight.

Oh well, don't have to worry about it now.
