V for Vendetta show in the works?

Only if they keep the anarchist element this time. The film is the best of the adaptations from Moore, but my only problem with that is that they changed V into a freedom fighter instead of just a straight up anarchist. The whole point is it re contextualizes the idea of anarchy.

My biggest fear is that it would be diluted in some way. I'm a huge admirer or Moore's work and I like the V for Vendetta movie but I'm not sure how this would play out over a TV series.

So, let me get this straight. Somebody read Jerusalem and didnt like it (i loved it, btw), but did not have the nerve to send a professional killer to off Alan Moore. So they decided to adapt V for Velevision, therefore trying to get him a heart attack and kill him thus.

Did i get this right?

Cunning plan.

And if he's still hanging on offer him a Stan Lee-type cameo. That should do it :sly:

I would be interested in watching it but I can see it inspiring some creepy real world problems.

I wonder who they will get for V? They will have to get someone with a cool voice

Hopefully this has the quality of channel 4 show like Utopia

Anybody heard anything Moore more about this? Rereading the graphic novel atm.
