World Venom in progress

im working on the mouth and teeth right now

and idk what "exactly" a bust is, so im gonna say no. its just a statue of a venom face im making from clay (=

Very ambitious and great results. Once you get the clay foundation set, will you be going thru the steps to get some great latex masks?

If so, it'd be great to see the progression of that too!

if i knew how to i might. but i dont, so probably not.
and it's just a little smaller then life size, so it would be a pretty tight fit.

but again, its a practice piece. ill probably do another.

I always thought it was like... Waist, and up, with no arms (sometimes). lol

Bust tomaito, tomato... It's a good bust so far.

i was thinking about doing an eddie brock [real bust!] screaming while he's getting taken over by venom, like the SM3 poster. but i dont know if i could accurately do his face. venoms face is more acceptable to change; topher grace has a distinct face.

on another note, i noticed my teeth werent at all accurate[to the movie venom]. so i'm in the process of totally redoing them. ill have pictures of it soon.

That looks great. Good job on the eyes!

-The only thing bugging me is the inner lip. Like it looks too stringy. I don't know how to word it, but look at the other Venom masks and you'll see what I mean. Yours looks more like the symbiote "crawling". But hey, it could turn out looking good in the end. Up to you dude. Keep it up.

its almost perfect but the eyes are the only thing. i think its only because they are sticking out but eh its still awesome. would u make me one of these? how much would it cost?

i plan to shave the eyes down, i was just experimenting with them.
i could make you one, but im not to sure how to ship it.

well, i shaved the eyes and im putting some finishing details on. im going to be working on the back sides on the inside of his mouth tomorrow, and i gave his bottom mouth gums.

theres not to big a difference but sure, heres what it looks like now :









im not to satisfied with some parts. im going to work on the upper lip, and around the teeth. and some spots around the eyes need to be smoothed out. still got work with the back sides of the mouth. and im gonna work with the back of his head a little.

edit: i finsihed the back of his head/neck, and around his eyes and teeth. only thing left now is the back sides of his mouth.

then its time for ebayy.
