People loved this over at the Spider-Man Official Message Boards, so I take it you might enjoy it to. It doesn't follow the form of a general fanfic tohugh, because it's actually a summary of a comic book I made.
Issue #1
Dr. Octavius is planning to break into Oscorp for an untested formula, but he needs inside information on its security, so he has to get close to Harry Osborne. In order to do this, he must disguise himsefl, so he seeks out the Chameleon (sp). When he is refused to be helped by him, Octavius lashes out, threatenting the Chameleon. They battle one another, and Ock would have won the fight easily, had it not been for Spider-Man. When the battle was taking place, Peter noticed panic in the streets, and quickly suited up and swung into action. The battle becomes intense between Ock and Spider-Man, as Chameleon tries to crawl away. But Ock noticeds this, and giving Spidey a low blow which breaks his rib, jumpes away after him. He kills the Chameleon, and taking his belt, heads back to his lair. Once he gets the hang of the belt, Ock heads for Oscorp disguised as Liz Osborn.
Upon entering Harry's office, "Liz" tries to persuade Harry into telling "her" the codes needed to access the formula room. He refuses, and "Liz" sticks a seringe full of powerful seditve in his back, then heads for his computer database.
Issue #2
Ock changes his disguise into Harry Osborne after finding the codes. He takes the real Harry's I.D. Card and heads to the formula containment room. What is in this formula, why, a modified version of the Goblin formula of course! Ock is revealed to need the formula to give to Doctor Conners (who thinks it to be a well-develope cure for his "condition), in exchange for information on the weaknesses of the symbiote. Why does Ock need this information? All in time.
Issue #3
Dr. Octopus is about to escape with the forumula, but is confronted by guards. He crashes through the buildings window and escapes by scaling down the building. A day later he arrives at Conners' lab, just after Peter left as a matter of fact, and shows him the formula. Conners opens a file cabinet and takes out a fat folder marked "Venom/ Symbiote" and hands it to the "good" Doctor. Octavius fakes regret and gives Conners the formula flask.
Conners: "Does it r-really... work?"
Ock: "Of course.*fakes a smile*"
Later, the doctor injects the formula into himself, beliving it to finally set him free, but instead, morphs into the lizard, then into a horribly disfigured monster.
Issue #4
It is several days later. Venom is prowling the streets, looking for the Beetle. Brock was ticked off before the Beetle casually walked up and beat him down, but now he was really angry. Brock had morphed into Venom and knocked Beetle a good one-two, before Beetle took flight. Now he is hot on his trail. The Beetle touches down on an old Frieght ship docked at the Harbor. Venom jumps onto the boat with a thud, and crashes through its deck, landing in a strange, laboratory-like room.
Ock: "Greetings."
Venom looks up and sees the Doctor standing over him next to the Beetle. Ock hands Beetle a steel suitcase, and kicks Venom. He begins to ramble on about his "magnificent plan", but Venom lunges at him when he gets to the part where he takes his symbiote. Ock quickly lashes out his tentacles and shoots a sonic beam at Venom, bringing him down.
Ock: "Count the seconds Brock, I'm going kill you before you reach ten."
Issue #5
Ock continues to pound Venom with sonic, but is careful not to turn the sound any higher than 50%, for fear of hurting the actual symbiote. Venom starts to loose his ability to hold his shpae together. He tries to dodge Ock's attacks, but, insn't very succesful. Just as Venom is about to fall, a crash utters through the room, then a horrible, cacophonic roar. Ock turns to see the Lizard-monster crashing through the wall.
"Evidently we have a malcontent client. Not to worry Brock, we will continue our transaction after I deal with that."
" WE WILL KILL YOU, OCTAV_I_USSSS... *collapses*"
Ock heads to the Beetle, who had been counting his money quietly, but was now gaping at the behemoth before them.
"Could you deal with that? There's a bonus in it for you."
"Y-yeah, boss."
As the Beetle shot at the Lizard-thing, Ock strolls back to where Venom lay in a heap. He lifts up one of his tentacles and arches it back, preparing to deliver one last blow of sound.
"You'll thank me for this one day, Eddie."
Just as Ock says this, Venom remembers Eddie Brock's childhood. He remembers how Eddie Brock was beaten by his father for years. "You'll thank me for this one day, Eddie." he always said just before beating him. Anger radiated from inside Venom. He shakes and dodges the huge blast that Ock launches out at him. He leaps to the ceiling screaming, and grabs Ocks arm with to web lines. He swings Ock straight into the thin wall, which he crashes through into the storage bay of the hull. Venom gives out a roar.
Issue #6
Venom jumps down off the ceiling and starts to regain control over his body. He is still very weak, but at least he can stand. Ock nonchalantly makes himslef known again by cracking his neck.
"How very inscolent of you."
He lunges at Venom, but he's used up all of the sonic energy he had charged into his tentacles. He starts whipping Venom from a distance, slicing thorugh chunks of the symbiote. Venom wobbles, but stands his gorund. He grabs a tentacle before it hits him, and grabs another with his other hand. He begins to pull Ock in while mono-logging about how he's going to eat Octavius's brain. Ock knows better than to sit idly waiting for certain doom, so he uuse his remaining tentacles to crush Venom's windpipe. Venom gasps and lets go, but Ock only squeezes tighter. Venom blacks out and Ock lets go. He turns swiftly to command the now battered Beetle.
"Let's go."
"Ouch."
"Take the subject back to the lair. I shall deal with reptilian one."
Beetle moans, but complies.
"Better be a big bonus..."

Ock grabs a chunk of cement and chucks it at the Lizard-thing's head.
"Hey Conners... lets talk."
The Lizard-thing lunges at Ock, who is holding his real arms behind his back, staring aloof. just as it is about to make contact with Ock, Ock uses one of his tentacle to spear it with a brocken support beam.
"One can never have too many bargaining chips." Ock says after felling the creature.
He uses his tentacles to lift up the Lizard-Thing. he whistles to Beetle and the throws it at him.
"We have another test subject."
"God****it, Octavius. Why don't you just help carry them?"
"I don't want to soil my hands with filth, when you can do it for me. *chuckle* that was a good one. I am supperior!"
"Why do you always talk to yourself?"
"Because, my bombast firend, I simply enjoy the pention of intelligent conversation."
