Video problem, please help.

Hi,

I have a BFG 7800 GTX OC PCI- E card on my HP m8300f computer. Every few seconds, the screen turns into what I have in the picture attached. Funny thing is I had to use my camera to get a shot of it, as the Print Screen button couldn't copy it, because when I pasted it in Paint, it looked normal. I have a brand new HP w2207 monitor that is connected from it's HDMI port, to a HDMI-DVI adapater, to the DVI connection on the card. Have you seen anything like this?

And yes, I have downloaded all the lastest drivers for my video card.
