Villains who are powerful but stupid

Juggernaut has to take the cake, even though he may be my favorite X-villain, he could probably rule the world if he wanted to

Id have to say Mephisto and Lucifer are up there too. I mean how many times can they be defeated...in Lucifer's case 666 freakin times.

Yeah, Mephisto, the king of deception, was out-deceived by Dr. Doom. Lolerskates!

I like what's been done with the Mandarin as of late.Having him admit the idiot he's been in the past and finally making some power plays.

Bulleye makes a ton of money as an assassin and or a Merc. (When he's not in prison or paralyzed or anything.)

From what I understand Bullseye was very succesful and almost unchallenged until he encountered Daredevil. And having such a huge ego, it drives Bullseye ****ing nuts that he can't beat Daredevil. For his character, it makes a lot of sense for Bullseye to continue doing what he does.

But someone like Electro? Electro is potentially as powerful as Magneto. Electro should be fighting and beating the Avengers instead of continuing to lose against Spider-Man.

bullseye's origin is really unknown, he's told a few various incarnations of it., they are all on wikipedia if you are interested

One of my favourite moments is when Daredevil kicks the crap out of Bullseye, and tells him that after he killed Karen he went and found out all about his 'pathetic' past, and that he doesn't even care about any of it.

The Spot is a freaking idiot though. The guy is so powerful even he doesnt realize it, and yet he ends up in the Leigon of Losers.

Hell ****ing yeah. I still don't understand why he hasn't been re-written into an A-list threat yet. The potential so easy to see.

If I were a writer on Spidey I'd have Doc Ock be more of a consistent threat. Or a writer on any book should probably make the wise decision of moving Ock away from revenge plans on Spidey.

Here is Ock, the first villain to physically defeat Spidey, and also the first villain to concoct a real scheme against Spidey. And years later, what happens to him? Spidey reveals his identity to the world, and Ock goes on a senseless rampage to get to him. Complete crap. They oughta be having Doc Ock secretely planning a real evil and clever scheme to **** Spidey up (wouldn't it be weird if he had one in the workds and then OMD screwed it up). Or, move him away from Spidey and have the guy planning smarter stuff. He's a scientist, he's too smart to keep going back to get his ass kicked again and again.
